Summary

Packaging or storage deformation refers to distortion of resilient plank flooring that develops prior to installation while the material remains in cartons or palletized storage. LVT planks are flexible composite materials that may temporarily or permanently conform to sustained pressure, uneven stacking loads, or temperature exposure during storage or transport. When this occurs, individual planks may exhibit localized humps, depressions, bowing, or thickness irregularities once installed.
