Ben Griffiths owned and operated a large retail flooring store from 2003 – 2024. This required extensive expertise in sales, products, logistics, installation procedure, customer service and claims. He performed over a thousand flooring evaluations-replacement estimate for State Farm, Farmers, Allstate, Foremost, Horace Mann, SafeCo and other insurance companies. Ben sold his store and now contributes to the flooring industry as an inspector with Apex Flooring Inspections LLC.
