Matthew is an experienced floor inspector and consultant serving all cities throughout Southern Queensland and the Northern Rivers Region of New South Wales, Australia. He provides impartial pre- and post-installation flooring inspections for manufacturers, retailers, contractors, and homeowners seeking independent, third-party evaluation.

With more than 23 years of experience as a flooring installer, refinisher, and business owner, Matthew brings practical field knowledge to every inspection. He specialises in delivering clear, unbiased assessments and detailed reports for residential and commercial flooring installations across all categories.

Matthew also offers certified concrete slab moisture testing in accordance with recognised AS 1884:2021, ICRI, and ASTM standards, including ASTM F2170, F1869, F170, F3191, and F2659, to evaluate the substrate’s suitability before flooring installation.
