My name is Kevin Duffy, owner of Pro Floor Inspections. I am an independent, certified flooring inspector with more than 35 years of experience in the flooring industry and over a decade of experience conducting professional flooring inspections.

Once an assignment is received, I work to schedule the inspection within three to four days, depending on the homeowner’s availability and my travel schedule. After the appointment is confirmed, I will promptly provide the scheduled date and time.

Following the inspection, a detailed and comprehensive report will typically be completed and submitted within 24 to 48 hours.
