Certified Independent Flooring Inspectors have years of classroom and hands-on training and stay current through continuing education.  LeVante Carrington is not a “Rookie” or a biased inspector.

A professional and honest inspector should be a neutral, unbiased, and independent individual knowledgeable about multiple phases of manufacturing and production, relevant industry references, installation guidelines, maintenance procedures for hard-surface products, textile and furnishings cleaning, and ANSI and ASTM standards.

Certified Independent Inspectors can render an opinion on whether a product is defective, improperly specified/installed, or has poor maintenance procedures, and identify site-related moisture conditions in wood or concrete substrates.

As new products enter the market, flooring failure claims are rising quickly. Replacement costs can triple for residential jobs. On commercial sites, fixing a flooring failure can cost more than ten times the original replacement cost.

Manufacturers claim analysts need specific information on an inspection report to properly evaluate a claim.   A worthless inspection report is usually the primary reason installation claims are rejected or denied.
