The report will provide detailed photos, measurements, readings, and calculations. As a result, the report can be used as evidentiary documentation in court. Alex was the Claims Manager for Floor and Decor for three years and Director of Operations for a construction company for eight years. He started as a property and casualty Field Adjuster in the insurance industry and learned about construction, building materials, various trades, and reconstruction. He then became Director of Operations for a large construction company, was an IICRC Master Restorer, and later earned a Certified Flooring Inspector certification.
