I am an FCITS Certified Independent Flooring Inspector located in Southeastern Indiana, primarily serving the greater Cincinnati area with the ability to travel as needed. Louisville, Lexington, and Indianapolis are all within my range.

I inspect hardwood, LVP, LVT, laminate, bamboo, and carpet. My goal on every inspection is to be thorough enough that the findings are not only understandable, but defensible.
