Southeast Floor Inspections provides consulting and certified inspections for commercial and residential flooring, including Carpet, LVT, LVP, Bamboo, Hardwood, Pre-Finished Engineered Flooring, Vinyl Sheet Goods, Laminate Flooring, Ceramic Tile, Glass Tile, Stone, and Concrete moisture testing. Floor Safety Specialists/Southeast floor inspections focus on stairway safety, walkway evaluation and management, and solutions for slips, trips, and falls. We offer ANSI-certified slip testing on all surfaces nationwide and are certified by the National Deck & Railing Association to inspect decks, patios, and docks. Ed began his career at Shaw Industries as an Operations Manager in North Georgia. In 1998, he was recruited by Dupont Flooring System as a Regional Operations Manager and was later promoted to National Vice President of Maintenance Operations, managing over 100 locations across the U.S. After leaving DuPont, he founded three successful commercial flooring companies in Atlanta—two regional and one national. Game Day Floors specialized in gym floor maintenance, recoating, sanding and finishing, and installation. Tekclean, USA focused on data center and clean room flooring, while FloorCare Specialists provided commercial flooring maintenance and installation. Ed later stepped away from daily operations to concentrate on commercial, residential, and gym floor inspections and floor safety.
