Based in Connecticut, Williams & Associates, LLC is a commercial and residential flooring inspection firm that performs finished flooring inspections throughout New England, Long Island, and Eastern New York State.

I have been working in the flooring industry for over 40 years, holding a variety of roles with some of the industry’s largest companies, including Laticrete, Bostik, Dal-Tile, Dependable, and Compotite. I am also a former flooring contractor.

This depth of hands-on and industry experience makes me a highly qualified flooring inspector. Having worked every side of the business—from manufacturing and product knowledge to installation and contracting—I bring a well-rounded perspective that few can match. I understand flooring from the ground up, which allows me to accurately identify the root cause of issues, whether they stem from product defects, installation errors, or environmental factors. My goal is to provide thorough, unbiased, and reliable inspections that give my clients the clarity and confidence they need to make informed decisions.
