With over 38 years of hands-on experience in the flooring industry, I specialize in the inspection, evaluation, and troubleshooting of hard surface and carpet flooring products. For the past 20 years, I have owned and operated Midwest Inspection Services, Inc., personally serving as a Certified Flooring Inspector performing more than 500 inspections annually, primarily for major flooring manufacturers.

My expertise includes identifying causes and effects involved in flooring complaints and failures, evaluating job-site conditions, and assessing installation practices and site conditions against manufacturer and industry standards. Prior to founding my company, I served as Regional Technical Services Manager for Armstrong Flooring Products (Lancaster, PA) and as a Sales Representative for both hard surface and carpet products (LD Brinkman, World Carpet, and JP Stevens), where I gained extensive field experience conducting preliminary inspections and supporting product performance issues in my respective territories.
