Beginning as a flooring installer in 1993 and becoming a licensed contractor in 1999, I founded and operated a successful flooring company in Orange County, California. Today, I specialize in independent, standards-based inspections and moisture investigations, delivering defensible reporting for property owners, contractors, manufacturers, attorneys, and insurance professionals.
