Mitchell started out as a cabinet manufacturer and installer and did that for many years. He was hired as a cabinet technician at a large general contractor installing Hard Surface Flooring, tiles, Cabinets, carpets, and appliances. He worked his way up through the company and is now the Operations Manager of over 30 subcontractors.
