I am a Salt Lake City, Utah based expert witness, certified floor inspector and walkway auditor. Which means I basically crawl around on dirty floors for a living, identifying and solving problems for people. I have been in the flooring industry going on two decades, but I still do a lot of ongoing training and maintain numerous certifications in floor inspection and walkway auditing. Although, I do get dirty, I also clean up nicely, especially when I have to go to court and serve as an expert witness in flooring and slips, trips, and falls litigation cases. Although it’s not always pleasant, it’s another service I provide when parties can’t seem to sort things out on their own. You wouldn’t think floors should be all that complicated, but they sure can be. I also do my best to present my technical findings in a way that laymen can easily understand.  Sometimes sorting out the causes of flooring  problems can be difficult though.
