About Me
Charles has been in the flooring and construction industries for 4 decades starting off in solid hardwood installations as a teenager before entering into the U.S. Army as a Construction Engineer. After leaving the military he began installing tile concentrating in Saltillo tile and flagstone installations in New Mexico for 10 years. He then opened a small commercial construction company in Utah where he had a division installing commercial carpet tiles for 13 years. He moved back to his home state of Louisiana and became a state licensed home inspector and an ICC Code inspector for the City of Baton Rouge before becoming a certified flooring inspector. He is certified in all lines of flooring and is also an ICRI Certified moisture technician.
