Scott Noebels started BC Inspections in 2018 after spending seventeen years in the flooring business. Scott’s inspections provide quality independent flooring reports that service manufacturers, homeowners, installers, retail stores, builders, and insurance companies in the central Virginia and Hampton Roads area.BC Inspections provides residential inspections for the following types of flooring:
