Extensive installation experience background in most flooring types including ceramic tile, hardwood flooring, floating and glue down rigid core and vinyl plank products, laminate flooring, cork flooring, rubber flooring, linoleum, and large scale commercial projects. Previous installation background led to store ownership and then executive roles in manufacturing, sales and claims resolution.​

• Extensive background in residential and commercial installation of both hard and soft surface floor coverings.

• Former owner of a retail flooring store, overseeing sales, installation, and customer service.

• Completed intensive Bruce Wood Flooring training, including manufacturing, glue-down and nailed installation, sanding, and finishing techniques. Hundreds of wood flooring installations completed.

• Participated in a three-day technical visit to Azrock’s vinyl composition tile manufacturing facility. Numerous visits to other manufacturers facilities including Mohawk, Dal-Tile, Beaulieu, Shaw and Engineered Floors facilities with training on different product compositions, manufacturing and installation methods. To also include rebond carpet cushion manufacturing facilities at Mohawk and Flexible Foam, Preverco hardwood flooring facility to learn about their manufacturing and hardwood kiln drying process. • Spent 10 years at Mohawk Industries as a top producer. Handled manufacturing and installation claims. Involving carpet, vinyl, wood, ceramic tile flooring and walls. Acted as a liaison, relaying field data to the claims department in Georgia after inspection for resolution.

• Played a key role in introducing a European rigid core flooring manufacturer to the U.S. market. LICO US National Sales Manager• Successfully launched a U.S.-based rigid core manufacturing line in Wisconsin and established national distribution channels. 

• Trained distributor teams on floating floor system installation and product attributes, to include various locking profiles used in the manufacture of various products.
