CURRICULUM VITAE

I began my career in the floor covering industry more than 30 years ago as a flooring distributor sales representative and later worked as a flooring manufacturer’s representative for several flooring mills.

I then spent 18 years as a Territory Manager for a major floor-covering manufacturer before retiring from my final position as a flooring sales representative for a regional wood-floor and resilient distributor.

Throughout these positions, I conducted on-site flooring claims inspections and delivered detailed, thorough assessments of a wide range of flooring materials, always emphasizing impartiality, accuracy, clear communication, and timely responses.
