Conduct independent residential and commercial flooring inspections throughout Utah, Idaho, Western Montana, and Wyoming. Perform field evaluations, failure analysis, installation assessments, and condition documentation for a wide range of flooring products and environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect residential and commercial flooring installations for performance concerns, manufacturing defects, installation issues, and environmental conditions
- Prepare detailed written inspection reports with photographs, measurements, observations, and professional conclusions
- Evaluate carpet, hard surface, and luxury vinyl flooring systems for compliance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines
- Communicate findings clearly with homeowners, contractors, retailers, manufacturers, insurance representatives, and legal professionals
- Travel extensively throughout the Intermountain West to conduct on-site inspections and consultations
- Provide expert analysis regarding installation methods, subfloor conditions, moisture-related concerns, seam issues, buckling, peaking, stretching, and product performance failures
After 40 year career in International Hardwoods, from logs and Lumber to solid and engineered flooring. Inspecting, grading, manufacturing, quality control, and sales. I have become a certified flooring inspector for industrial and residential Hardwood, Carpet, laminate, and LVP. I have also been certified in LEED building requirements.
