Ridgewell Group provides independent flooring inspections and technical evaluations for hardwood, luxury vinyl, laminate, and other hard-surface flooring concerns.
We help homeowners, contractors, builders, real estate professionals, and property managers better understand flooring issues such as movement, gaps, cupping, buckling, finish concerns, moisture-related conditions, installation questions, and subfloor-related problems.

The inspection work is led by a flooring professional with 17+ years of experience in hardwood flooring, installation, sanding and finishing, estimating, project management, technical review, documentation, and flooring-related problem evaluation.
Relevant experience includes subfloor preparation, moisture-related conditions, product requirements, installation methods, finish concerns, site evaluation, documentation review, technical reporting, and dispute-sensitive flooring matters.
The inspection approach is supported by field experience, technical training, manufacturer requirements, applicable industry standards, and flooring-related certifications through the NWFA and IFCII.
