About Me
John Wake is a certified flooring inspector since 2007. He is certified by the IICRC for carpet and by FCITS for hard surface floors. Flooring inspectors are required to maintain their education thru a continuing education process. In order to be an inspector one must be an expert in the manufacturing, installation and cleaning of all floor coverings. He is also certified by the ICRI as a concrete moisture testing technician.
