I have owned and operated a Carpet Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation, and Insurance Restoration Company which included a Flooring Showroom and sales and installation service in Ocean City, Md. from 1973-2018.

I have been a certified Senior Flooring Inspector for more than 25 years.

I have been living in beautiful Southwest Harbor Maine, right in Acadia National Park by Bar Harbor for the past 5 years.

I am moving back to Maryland on the Eastern Shore by Ocean City,Md.

I service the Eastern Shore Of Maryland and Virginia and the state of Delaware with professional flooring inspections of all types.  I also provide concrete moisture testing.

I have performed several hundred inspections and have been certified as as expert witness in several court proceedings in several states.
